1 Nicholas V. Maiorano appeals pro se from an order denying his post-conviction motion alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. Maiorano claims the trial court erred in summarily denying his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. Because Maiorano failed to allege sufficient facts which, if true, would entitle him to an evidentiary hearing on his ineffective assistance claim, the trial court did not erroneously exercise its discretion when it denied the motion. Accordingly, we affirm.
